Excellent work VL, I see that your Foxtel experience was a pleasurable one, and I wish you all the very best of luck with finding something worthwhile to watch on over 200 channels of rubbish.

My fingers are also crossed that you never have the misfortune of having to deal with Foxtels Customer Care Department, an experience that led to the cancellation of my subscripition. You will remember the debacle of 16 phone calls and the delivery of 3 seperate set-top boxes just to get the right one to me back in 2005.

You will also recall the 3 mornings that I took off of work waiting for the Foxtel Guy to come and fix the box, never showing up in the allocated time that foxtel promised.

And you will also remember the random billings of $298 and $300 over 2 months that Foxtel debited from my account AFTER I had cancelled my subscription, that they simply could give no reasoning for.

If nothing goes wrong, Foxtel are brilliant. If it goes bang, foxtel f-f-f**king suck and you can come round and watch TiVo at my place.

Good luck, and I really do mean that!
