Vicky’s current position at Adrenalin Media sees him working as their Operations Manager. Focused on business and people operations, Vicky works closely with a solid team of developers, designers, and account managers to ensure business growth without the sacrifice of quality and client satisfaction. In addition, the role is also responsible for improved efficiency through implementation of various tools and processes while also controlling the change management effects.

His previous position with Fairfax Digital Sydney as Production and Operations Manager saw Vicky manage a myriad of projects across the Classifieds Division. Focussing on delivering various sized projects (from as short as 2 weeks to 6 months and longer); Vicky confidently developed knowledge and understanding of the digital media place that resulted in considerable achievements and successful delivery of projects for Domain.com.au, MyCareer.com.au and Drive.com.au.

Having started at Fairfax Digital in August 2007 initially as a Project Manager and establishing a solid rapport for on time delivery and budget management, Vicky worked his way up to leading a team of Project Managers, Quality Test Analyst, Support staff and mentoring other Project Managers across the business. His focus on delivery through agile project management methodologies (SCRUM), as well as a hybrid management style, along with defined processes has been successful in ensuring appropriate channels for change management, risk management, issue logging, escalation and budget control.

Prior to Fairfax, Vicky’s position at Wiliam Pty Ltd as Web Services Director saw significant achievements within the online space. Vicky first joined Wiliam in February 2005 in the development team as a junior .NET developer reporting to the Operations manager. Vicky brought about change and business growth through the company’s realisation of his potential and appointed him Team Leader and subsequently the Production Manager. His focus on client growth and prompt solution delivery saw Wiliam in a position of high client acquisition and growth.

Vicky’s role as the Web Services Director successfully ensured that standard processes for delivery, quality, as well as budget and team management were in place. This was achieved through defining and seeing through the implementation of an in-house web based tool for staff, sales, account, project and invoice management. Additionally, Vicky’s focus on Client Satisfaction and Growth required continuous liaison with the Sales and Account management team as well as direct contact with Clients. In this capacity, Vicky also worked closely with the Finance team to ensure business target achievement.

Building a strong foundation of knowledge in the online strategy facilitation, Vicky proved early on his ability to liaise and communicate exceptionally well at all levels, extracting the best from his clients and teams in every situation.
